Called FNBIB on 25/09 advising them of double debit. Was informed it would take 48hrs to reverse debit and I had to email them advising that I have not requested my bank to do the reversal. Well it's 5 days later and still no reversal. Called this morning only to be told the consultant I spoke to on 25/09 gets in at 9:30am and she will revert my query to him as she's not sure why he has not attended to my query. I told them that if he doesn't call me by 10am I will ask my bank to reverse the debit - at least I will be ensured it will be done timeously and I won't have to listen to excuses. Service with FNBIB is pathetic!!!
