Outsurance & FNB Partnership= Customer Disscomfort

On Friday 09/09/2013 I visited Fnb Branch to reverse my outsurance debit order as i have cancelled my insurance policy, after requesting the reversal the consultant at FNB informed me that she can not do the reversal because of the fact that FNB and OUTsurance are partners thus I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER MY OWN ACCOUNT.
She then called outsurance to see if they can do the reversal from their side, I spoke to a lady who then after throwing my toys out of the cott she got me her supervisor who gave the bank consultant the go ahead to reverse. I have never claimed from outsurance and have only given them payments,
The outsurance consultant insured me that the debit order wil not be put through again.
THIS MORNING I RECEIVED ANOTHER DEBITORDER NOTIFICATION. I now have to leave my bussines trip early to attend to my wife and kids who are now without money 1000km away from me.. PUTTING MY JOB AT RISK, AND DEPENDENTS WITHOUT SUPPORT
