Account handed over because of poor service

Ok, Standard bank handed over my cheque account because there is a overdraft that havent been paid of R1635. Ok, the last time i looked there was like R85 or somethimg in the account a posite balance, I move to FNB and know I know why, because of your bad service. I used the Standard Bank Stop card i got with my cheque card at an ATM, so i assumed the account was closed, but it wasnt, and no one contacted me after i used it. Now 3 years later they handed me over because, every month for the past 3 years there were BANKING FEES going off on a account that i dont use and is not active, why didnt they contact me to find out why the account is not active or told me that there are still fees going off every month to pevent this from happening. I am very dissapointed. This again proves the poor poor service that you deliver.
