I have send numerous emails to Standard Bank's debt counselling department, but haven't received any response. Even when the debt counsellor send emails, they didn't reply. I have a court order when I was on debt counselling at DRS which I have sent to them including payments made from the PDA to Standard Bank. According to the PDA distributors I have paid my account in full. Now I get attorney letters after a year. Could Standard bank please make sure that my payments was updated as per court order. You can send me an email address to where I should send these documents as proof that account was paid as well as court order. Thank you
