MFC debit Order Inconvinience

My Account was settled on the 24th Feb and the debit order still went through on the 27 of Feb. I phoned MFC on the 28th and asked them to reverse it, the consultant said it will take 2-3 working days. I phoned them back on the 6th of May and the consultant told me I should go to the bank and do a reversal. i went to the back on the 6th and ask them to do a reversal. After not getting the refund i called my bank and they say its not possible to do a reversal since the code doesnt allow them to.
This situation has really inconvinienced me and I am really dissapointed in MFC
