Dial Direct Insurance debited my account for an amount of R340.00. I spoke to an agent on the 22 May 2013. My deduction did not go through in May. I phoned them and arranged for a debit order for the 28th May 2013. She assured me that I would not have to pay considering that they are deducting in May and they would waiver the payment today they Nonhlanhla advises me not to reverse the debit order of the amount of R340.00 cause they will cancel my policy I mean whats wrong with these people. The agent arranged this and now I must pay when their calls are recorded and therefore it is a binding agreement btw me and them and its legal. When an agent commit to something surely they should stand by the agreement. What is wrong with Dial Direct. They have so much advertising its seems I made a mistake assigning my household and car insurance. Would i have to cancel this insurance. I'M Outraged and the agent tells me there is nothing he can do. What nonsense.
