Incorrect Debit deduction Regret doing business

My account is always paid up no areas and always in good standing!

2 weeks ago my Provider send my Cancellation for debit order
Last week my Provider send a cancellation aagin and I followed that up again.
No debit orders suppose to go off this Month.

I called the call centre and they advised i must call FNB to do cancellation of Debit order...
FNB advised they cant cancell debit order!!! and must take it up with Direct Axis from pillar to post.

This week the Debit order went off from my Bank FNB and i asked them to do Reversal they advised i must call Direct Axxis to do Reversal.

Direct Axxis advised they will cancell Debit order for next month but NO reversal!!!

This is Appauling and Extremely Bad service... Notice was given in advance and Direct Axxis recieved my Cancellation form.

I will spread the News to all my VIP Contacts Never to do Business with Direct Axxis!!! BAD service at its worst
They dont CARE about there Clients!!!
