f. 15th March 2013: insurance promise to review sales call record and PROVIDE CAR HIRE
g. 19th March 2013: Communication of assessment decision - unsubstantiated write-off.
h. 19th March 2013: write-off decision challenged in writing by client.
i. 20th March 2013: Regent insurance promises to review write-off decision.
j. 25th March 2013: Still NO FEEDBACK on SALES CALL AND CAR HIRE.
k. 25th March 2013: Regent insurance eventually decides to pay for repairs.
l. 25th March 2013: Client accepts payment decision in writing
m. 25th March 2013: Regent promises to send proof of payment after obtaining signatures.
n. 27th March 2013: Client Still waiting for payment proof or funds to reflect in account.
o. 27th March 2013: Still NO FEEDBACK on SALES CALL RECORD AND CAR HIRE
