I attended the success summit in March with a friend. We decided to book for the Doug Nelson workshop. Later on my friend decided that she did not want to attend. On the day she was called by Maraj from the success summit to confirm her booking she told him that I was taking over her booking. I was calledon the 12th of March by Maraj. I was promised that the ticket bookings would be put onto my name that my friend email address for the issueing of tickets etc would be changed to my name. On the same day I made full payment for this booking A week later my friend received an email from the success summit confirming her payment booking even though I was told it would be changed to my name. I have since then phoned the success summit 4 times about this matter. On the 28th March I was put through to Razeen whom I was told was the manager. He promised to sort this matter out and I was promised that he would get back to me at the very latestt on the 2nd April. I heard nothing from him. I again contacted Razeen on the 8th April again I was promised that he would get back to me as soon as possible. I have again heard nothing from him. Their service is unacceptable
