I connected internet with them and was told the cost was about R200... my account was about R1100 per month prior to connecting the internet... my 1st account was about R1600 3 months ago and the next one was nearly R2900, i called them and they said that i used the data and told them to disconect as i never used that data as i downloaded nothing and only received email and deleted 90% of them as was junk mail and read most of them on my desk top so they said they would cancel it, the next month i was billed R2800 again i called Barbra Naidoo and she said it was for the previous month and said i should let her connect me to bundle data and the account will get back to around R1300... i have just received a new account today that is paid already on stop order for R2800 again. I am so cross with being ripped off as my calls are the same for many months and would rather give them the phone back and cancel my contract which is talk 500 and move on to another network, when i called to cancel they said it was cancelled and yet i still got the last 3 accounts for around R2800. I got a new Iphone from them not too long ago and hardly use the phone and i have to charge the phone twice a day.
