GREAT SERVICE!! :)

I would like to thank Megan (Contacted her via call centre on 0860 99 88 77, I understand that she is from the Durban office) for helping me with allocating a deposit made by my previous medical aid into my new discovery membership. I had spoken to no less than three different call agents from 8 January before getting hold of Megan yesterday. Not one of these other agents were able to assist, instead they told me to phone back after a few days.

Megan's service is excellent and she could do more in a couple of seconds than the other agents could not do over a few days. Due to Megan's outstanding, effective and proactive work the allocation was done by the next day, this morning 17 Jan. She has made my day this morning by phoning me to confirm that everything has been done, there was no need for me to even follow up. This is exceptional customer service!

Please can you send this to Megan as well as her reporting line so that Discovery can take note of what an exceptional employee you have on hand. Please look after Megan and keep this great asset with Discovery.
