Lack of Authority despite Business Online operato

I am the Treasurer of the Cape Town G & S Society and I was elected in March 2012 when I was set up as operator for Business Online. I have therefore been operating the account since last April making all payments and arranging for the accounts to be audited. I went to Constantia Branch back in Feb 13 to obtain a copy of a statement that I needed for the audit, and I was advised that they had no record of me onscreen as an authorised signatory on the account.
Over 2 weeks ago I took ALL the necessary documents to Megan Raven in Constantia which she emailed to Celeste Naidoo at Thibault Square. Last Thursday (25/04/13) I went to see the Manager at Constantia (Odette) who advised that nothinbg was showing on screen!!! I again went to see Megan and she re-sent the email to Celeste last Monday 29th April. Eventually Celeste called me on Tuesday (30th) and she had asked Megan to resend the information so that she could formalise my authority on the account.
Still NO ACTION and on Tuesday I sent a formal COMPLAINT notice to Sean Robertson who is the manager of Thibault Square branch. Still have not had the courtesy of a response - he knows my telephone numbe
