Excellent customer service & attitude!

I needed some details regarding my business account as well as a confirmation letter for accounts held and banking details.

Having dealt with Megan van Niekerk before, when opening my business account. I immediately sent her an e-mail requesting the above. I received an auto response that she was consulting and would attend to my query shortly. As it was relatively urgent, I took a chance an e-mailed the bizdirect support centre too.

Needless to say, before the Biz Direct centre had even opened my e-mail, Megan had responded and went the extra mile to notify me that my business qualifies for an Overdraft facility, Garage card and Credit card.

Megan, people like you are the reason I have faith in my banking institution, with so much competition out there these days, I won't be moving my account, unless you move to another financial institution!

If you ever feel the need to escape the banking industry, I would happily employ you!
