When i ordered my ipad through FNB i was told that it will be delivered within 10 - 15 working days. It has been over 15 working days now and no one has contacted me. When i call the call center they cant even say where it is or why it is taking so long. I feel that with a bank that prides themselves on costumer care this is really unacceptable.
Please can someone let me know where my ipad is and when it will be delivered.
