Poor communication and no feedback on complaints

I am paying insurance premiums to this company for more than 15 years and did not claim a single thing till last year when my TV give notice. The company to whom they sent it for repairs informed that it was beyond repaires. I got R500 for replacement of a R4500 TV! The reason was that the policy does not state that they must pay for replacement.. They phoned me to ask if i want to ad this to the policy. I agreed and told them to remove the TV from the policy. On the 20th of January my Freezer which was stated on the policy give notice. I spoke to Trishen who told me that the freezer is not covered by the policy!! The only covering I now have is for electronic goods such as TV, Radio, computers etc. He told me that he will investigate and come back to me. Needless to say nothing has happened!!
