No Ipad Delivery

I ordered an iPad late last year. i was told it would be delivered . when the iPad did not arrive in the given time period i inquired about the progress of the delivery. i was then informed that because Apple had launched their new iPad my order was cancelled without any notification. the new iPad's which they were providing had already been given to other people and was therefore out of stock. i was then informed that i had to reapply from the start. i feel that I should have been notified and had preference to receive the new stock. i have since then placed the order for the new iPad. i have been contacted and told that it will be delivered to my house within 15 working days. when i phoned to inquire on the 14th day which is today I have been told that the couriers have no record of my order and that it will take three more working days for them to receive it. this is completely unacceptable.
