IPad ordered 10 months ago and still waiting

I ordered my iPad in June 2012 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have called the customer care service 4 times now and they say that they can see that I ordered it in June 2012. They just keep telling me that they will come back to me and I am still waiting as NO one has called me back or emailed me back as promised. I need to give the iPad to my son that it going overseas for 6 months and he is leaving on Tuesday the 23 April 2013. I need this iPad to URGENTLY be delivered to Pretoria East before 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning... But no one at FNB seems to understand the urgency or to bother contacting me back... This is very disappoint service from a bank that I have aways back and been proud to be apart of... Why market a product that you can't delivery.. And this was one of the main reasons why I joined FNB...
