No service- don't seem to care

We ordered an IPad through FNB round about the 10 th of December 2012, all checks were done and confirmed. We were given a telephone number and placed our order and were told delivery will be seven working days thereafter. As time went by, still no iPad or calls to let us know what is happening. I then phoned to enquire on the status of the iPad ordered and was told that a call was made to me and I did not answer. Apparently they had no stock available!!! I phoned once again on the 4th of January 2013 and the order was placed again for an iPad 4, I was given reference number S12013010402900 (Martinez) and to date the 27th of January 2013 still no iPad has been delivered and no calls to let us know what's happening. The iPad was meant to be a present for my wife for Christmas! I am left a very disappointed customer...
