STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY IPAD

I switched my personal banking to FNB around the 8th of May 2013.

I also applied for an Ipad.

I have submitted all documentation to FNB, etc. On following up regarding the delivery of the Ipad, i was first told that they don't have record of the deal. Then, when I said that I wanted them to pull the phone recording of the application/ deal, all of a sudden they confirmed that "Yes" the deal is correct. And someone would phone me within 3 days to arrange delivery of the Ipad.

Then, another week goes by without anything. I lodged a COMPLAINT - which they recorded as a COMPLIMENT. I lodge another COMPLAINT, and then get told that they are waiting for 2 months' salary to reflect in my account before they will deliver the Ipad.

Again I ask them to pull the telephone recording - again they come back to say. "So sorry" we made a mistake, the Ipad will be delivered and I will get confirmation by Monday the 20th of May!

No surprise - I dont have the Ipad and no-body has phoned me!!!

They are quick to change debit orders around so that they get the benefit!!! But I am still waiting to get what I asked for!!!
