I am very disappointed to have to complain for a second time, about the service I have received from FNB.
I ordered an Ipad on the 24th of December 2012. Now I understand that this was the day before Christmas and I was not bothered to have to wait.
I was contacted on the 28th of December and my application was processed telephonically. I was told I would have my Ipad within 5 - 10 working days. This too I was not bothered by.
What does bother me is that I was not told the 5 - 10 working days would only begin from the 7th of January. This I found out when I contacted FNB on the 8th of January to find out what my dispatch date is for me to eventually receive the Ipad and was told that the dispatch would now take 10 - 15 working days.
So, very disappointed, I undertook to wait ANOTHER 10 - 15 working days.
I then received on Friday 11 January (08:30), an sms to say my Ipad has been dispatched to the Couriers and that I would be contacted by the couriers within 24 hours. Straight after that, I received another sms from the Couriers to say they would call my shortly to confirm my delivery address for the Ipad. I still don't have my Ipad!!!
