STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY IPAD

This is the second complaint I'm filing on hellopeter. I've ordered an ipad 3 early December and we were told that it would be delivered within 10-15 working days. After we called fnb about three times I decided to file my first complaint on. A day later we receive a call from fnb telling us that they would send us the new ipad 4 32 gig wifi cellular within 5-7 working days. The 7 working days have passed and still haven't I received my ipad 4. I've called last week and they said the problem with the courier service. I've called again this morning and after I had to wait for about 15 minutes on the phone the lady said the order was only placed the 8th of January. I am EXTREMELY furious and I cant believe that fnb has such bad service. I've been waiting for a month now for a single ipad to be delivered. is it that difficult to deliver an ipad FNB?! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT BECAUSE I'VE LOST MY PATIENCE. WHEN?!!!
