No FEEDBACK and or UPDATE

I ordered my white 32 GB iPad online through FNB i was told that it will be delivered within 10 working days. I immediately received a sms saying my application was successful. A week later as i did not receive any adequate response to my applications so I phoned the call centre. The call centre informed me my application/file was lost so I had I re-order and wait again for the delivery of ipad.

I have not received any feedback. Please can someone let me know where my ipad is and when it will be delivered?

As Bank, if you don't have measures in place to cope with the demand, and adequately stocked with devices you are offering. Do not offer it! its very disappointing... Its really frustrating to wait and re-order, I would have just opted for conventional route of purchasing an iPad through a retailer.

I feel that with a bank that prides themselves on costumer care, this is really unacceptable. The administration for the IPAD offer's execution is very poor and lacking. An online application is lost. Failing to keep promises and not delivering on time.

The offer itself is fantastic. If only the execution of it was too.
