Case IGNORED by FNB!!!

I tried to sell something on a Classifieds website and someone contacted me with intent to buy. He subsiquently deposited R4000 into my account. Little did I know the cheque he deposited was. Luckily I found out before I handed over the goods.

I phoned FNB and I got passed around from person to person. I eventually reached the '' department. They couldnt tell me which atm was used to deposit the cheque, they dont know what account it came from, they cant trace the cheque, they cant do a THING!

I have all the persons contact details. Surely with the new RICA system, a cellphone number would lead to a name, address, ID number?? Im shocked that like this is ignored. Its disgusting!!

A little advice to FNB: DONT send me an SMS to say funds have been deposited into my account unless they have cleared. In fact, dont notify me at all until REAL money has come into my account.
