I spoke to Elsie Fourie on the 22nd of Jan who advised that i should sent her the email which i sent to them when requested to cancel the policy which they didn't. She then called me on the 22nd which she advised that i should forward her the mail and email her my bank statement where they tried to debit my account which i did but never received any response from her. She then advised that if they debit my account they will reverse the money back into my account but i didn't receive any news from her as yet. and its the 4th today already.
