WHAT KIND OF BANK ARE YOU??? REVERSE MY MONEY

I've had a Capitec account since 2007 and were given NO benefits as a result i switched to FNB bank, Ive had a debit order on my Capitec account since December last year however the service provider messed up my accounts, when FNB called them to switch my debit order they advised it was too late, however they went to debit my FNB and Capitec account 1 day apart, same reference numbers, name and amount, I called Capitec call centre and Campus Square manager Ricka to reverse the debit order as i would send through the proof that i was debited twice, im told i cant, i must get a letter from the service provider first giving them permission to reverse the money, no MY MONEY.This is my money and iam telling you to reverse my money back into my account surely my bank statement is enough, enough proof, with FNB one can reverse a debit order on the phone with a consultant, I donot have time to run around to branches sorting out a service providers mess, I want this debit order reversed and stopped today as it will be going off my FNB account, The service provider is Atlas finance amount R1729.31 debited 27 June, Atlas has advised i must wait 45 days for a refund. which i cannot do, Today pls
