23/12/13 I settled my DA loan, the 24th the installment of R573.90 was debited from my account. On 27/12/13 I advised DA via telephone &spoke to Debbie, who informed me to fax through an urgent request to DA to reverse the debit as well as fax through a copy of my bank statement showing the money was debited from my account. Well despite me not wanting to fax through my personal bank statement (as she could see the money came off my account) I eventually scanned the documents to the email address provided as well as faxed through the documents. I then received a call from a lady called TATY/TATA saying that she was calling from DA and was offering me a loan, she said that she received my fax and thought I wanted a loan. I mean the fax says "Urgent Refund of Debit Amount". I informed her about what happened she said she would try & speed it up and call me back. Well its a few days later & she is still phoning me back. I would like my Debit Order reversed into my bank account asap please. I would not like to do business with DA again, cause if you can receive my documents & phone me for a loan & willing to pay the loan within 24 hours why can't you reverse the debit within 24 hours?
