I am a client of Clientele Life
though i'm disappointed with their services reason being, Date of commencement of premiums was 01/09/2013 which i was happy with and all this while but suddenly, Clientele debits my account any time there's money they never stick to debit order date.

in October i received an sms saying my premium of R130.00 on my clientele funeral dignity plan was unpaid, knowing exactly that they have debited my account, i sent them my statement as proof that it was paid and they never came back to me with feedback.

Today again i receive the very same sms notifying me that my premiums weren't paid of which they debited my account in December. I was very upset and i phoned call center to cancel the policy and guess what they were very quick to do that instead of further investigations on my account and because i'm not sure if they do reconcile their accounts for such issues. Though the policy is now cancelled but they will still debit my account again for the last time.

Can i get clarity on this issue and not very happy with their services, it looks like they only do good on television.
PLEASE HELP.
