I made an enquiry with one plan about their health insurance, and I took out the cover, when I received the documentations, via email, I realized that some of their benefits would not work for me and my family and Immediately called back their call centre and request to cancel policy on the 26th of the month they responded finally responded told me policy was cancelled and i would not be debited, as per ref num: CAS-192031-P5N8J0, on the 02 of September I got a notification from my bank advising of a debit order that went through, my account, obviously, I reversed the debit order but i was charged for it, my bank refused to reverse the charges and advised one plan is supposed to reverse as they promised my account would not be debited. I SENT them an email and till this day I have not received any feed bank and I'm sitting with bank charges I did not cause. What a bad customer service they offer.
