Double debited account

On 2 July Altrisk double debited my account. I called in and spoke to Kgomotso Ramfate. She advised me that Altrisk had a problem on their side (they should have debited my account on 30 June) which they did not do, and then double debited on 2 July. I advised Kgomotso that my wife's policy - also with Altrisk - premium is also going off my account as 1 debit order. She requested that I send a bank statement and also explain that my wife's premium is going off my account as 1 debit order. She also advised that she will send a confirmation email confirming the problem on their side as I am not allowed to get a copy of the call recording. I did not receive anything until I sent another email this afternoon. Kgomotso called me, advising that my premium will be refunded. I phoned again and asked about my wife's premium and was informed that it will be not be refunded as she needs to call. I asked Kgomotso if she can call her was told no, this was 16h10. She gave me her direct number 0115477117. My wife called 16h22 and was told that she has gone home for the day!! If this is the service I am getting to get a refund HOW will the service be when I do have to claim one day???
