On the 13 of January i sent an email to [email protected] that i want to cancel my policy which they never replied to my email. I sent email again on the 20th to the same email address and there is no reply. I then call the call centre spoke to a guy not sure of his name. This guys advised me that he can cancel the policy however my debit will still run on the 1st of Feb why the should my account still be debited when I'm then cancelling my policy, I'm going to make a huge fuss when they just go into my account and debit, this guy further advised that they need days to advise the bank not to debit my account which i feel is unacceptable i don't care about your systems you guys are not going to debit my account!..I don't care how u do it but you guys are not gonna debit my account by the 1st on of the new month.
