Incorrect debit date

I took out a policy with clientel life and specifically requested that my account be debited on the 27th of each month, clientel went ahead and debited on te 22nd and 25th of which idnt understand why as the agreed upon date i said 27th.
My account is now having a returned debit order balance
Im totally unpleased with this and require a refund for this or i will cancel my policy this is totally unacceptable. The recorded call would clear this matter.
