I went to purchase some goods at CentrePoint Electron and swapped my card it deducted R700.00 in my account but the slip said it was unsuccessful. So I went to standard to report the matter and they told me it will reverse its self within 12 businesses days but now its a month and my money its still not back.when I go for consultation they told me standard bank haven't commented but the query is still active... am so tired of hearing same story but I don't get my money back..so please standard bank give me back my money I am just a student...
