I bank with ABSA bank and unfortunally i used a Standard bank ATM to draw money. I only received R 400 out of the R 500 deducted off my account and a blue slip they mark the bills with.

When I reported this at Standard bank they could not help me, I then had to go to ABSA to report the query. 14 working days later I had to follow up only to be told the query is closed and that there is no notes on the system. after 20 min they told me the ATM balanced.

How that is possible i do not know. and to how many people does this happen?

No one wants to help me and i lost R 100 because Standard bank ATM is from clients.
