I had a issue with standard bank were I swiped my card at tempest for purchase and I got an sms notification that the amount has been debited but the money didn't reflect on tempest side. So I called standard bank to find out what happened to the money they couldn't give me a proper reason for that then I told them to reverse the transaction and put the money back into my account since the problem is on their side but instead they told me to wait for 12 days in order for the to resolve this of which I think it is very ridiculous as it is not my fault their systems are I just want my money to be transferred in to my account since its not my fault.
