I have a problem with Standard Bank Service. I withdraw money on Saturday the 27th April 2013. The bank didn't give me the cash because the service was cancelled. Now it showed that the money was deducted but I haven't received it at all. as I went to the bank on Monday they said that they will make the Tuesday the first working day. Since Tuesday i still haven't heard any feedback on the query of my money been taken. It's Monday and nothing is in my account. I am tired, they can easily take the money but, one wait for ages for them to give the money back. What can I do for them to make the service better. i have hings to pay and i keep on telling them i have a problem with my bank.
