I purchase running shoes at Sneakers Illanga Mall for R910.00.Transaction was unsuccessful."processing error". I used another debit card (FNB) and the transaction went through. On my way back home I received a sms from Standard Bank for the amount of R910.00 after the print out at sneakers shown that the transaction was unsuccessful. I went to the bank and on my statement the R910.00 was deducted from my account. I also phoned Standard Bank customer care. I am only a student and i'm still waiting for the money to be reversed into my account. I also faxed all the proves to Standard Bank.
I paid R910.00 on the FNB debit card as well as R910.00 on my Standard Bank account.
I'm a student at university without any money in may account. Why must I suffer because of Standard Bank???
