WHERE IS MY MONEY???!!!

Standard Bank, Where is my money? I made a payment of R2000 to the PE municipality on 05/04/2013 the money did not reverse back into my account and Nedbank (my bank) has confirmed it and they have confirmed and given me proof that the money has gone through to Standard Bank but the municipality says they do not have the money. The money is not in Nedbank suspense account either. Where is my money? Standard Bank refuses to give any information to Nedbank, well now you are going to tell me where my money is or I will be calling the newspapers and tell them the story. SORT THIS OUT I WANT MY MONEY!!!
