Due to on my cheque account, R6826 was deducted and Standard Bank then refunded this amount the same day in December 2013. On the 29th of January 2014 the same amount was deducted from my account BY STANDARD BANK again for no reason at all. I have called the call centre over the last 3 days (spending at least 3 hours waiting to speak to someone) and even though I have been promised that this matter would be resolved, I have still not received my money back. This is the money I live off through the month.
I spoke to Razaaq 0116416559 who promised it would be resolved and I have not heard from him and the matter has not been resolved.
Standard Bank does not have any right to take this money from me and I am outraged. I have been banking with Standard bank since I was 18 and after this matter is resolved, I will be cancelling my account with Standard bank.
I expect this money to be returned to me TODAY!!!
