I drew R1500 at a Nedbank autoteller however the machine only dispensed R50.00. I phoned the Nedbank number and they had the cheek to tell me to take the slip from the machine (which I had luckily not thrown away) and go to a branch and fill in an autoteller dispute form. What nonsense in this day and age. The system knows what I tried to draw and it knows what it dispensed. Why was the undispensed amount not reversed as has been the case with my experience of Autotellers in the past. No doubt your archaic system charged me for the service it could not complete as well. So I sit with no money now. GREAT!!!
