Standard Bank Penalty Complaint

At the end of October I went in to get a new chipped debit card at my branch. 2 Weeks later, my card was swallowed by the autoteller in Worcester. Luckily the autoteller was situated next to the bank and they immediately issued me with a new chipped card. 4 Weeks later on the 24 of December (take note THE DAY BEFORE XMAS), my card was swallowed by the autoteller again! This time in Stilbay where I was on holiday and where there is no Standard Bank only an autoteller!!
I immediately thought that there must be some kind of on my account. Your card being swallowed once could be a technical error but twice? I immediately transferred all my money over to my wife's account with my laptop. What was the consequences of my card being swallowed a second time? Well my debit orders could not go through. What was my total loss in penalty fees, R1462!!! This is not fair. You can't make me pay R1462 because of a technical fault on your side.
