On Saturday 04/01/2014 I tried to withdrawn money from an Fnb atm at China Plaza (ATM 696893). I tried to withdraw r700 (2 x r350) at 13:38 and 13:40. Both times the machine produced a slip stating "WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH FOR ASSISTANCE" I did not receive any cash but the money was deducted off my account. I immediatley reported the matter to FNB on 0800110132 and spoke to Samantha who advised me that the funds should be reversed within 24 hours, if not then I must contact Nedbank. FNB reference no RQ14010414043. I immedistely reported the matter to Nedbank on 08600110929 at 14h15 and spoke to Vuyi reference no 66428657. She advised me that the money went of my account and that I must go to a Nedbank branch to log a Ssswitch dispute query
On Monday morning 06/01/2014 I went to the Nedbank Campus Square branch and was assisted by Puleng Mankge. She sent two terminal messages to Saswitch quering the withdrawals and advised me that the funds will be reversed back into my account within 24 hours. On Wednesday morning I phoned her to query but was told to come in to complete a dispute form which I need. Still no response received
