Poor service - uninformative

On the 1st Febrary 2013 i went to draw money at an Nedbank Atm machine at Queens corner in Queenswood Pretoria, as the Fnb machines in Hatfield were out of order. I tried to draw R 2000.00 just before 1 o'clock. The transaction went through on my cellphone and the money did not come out. the Nedbank slip said balance and no money was drawn. i then phoned the emergency no 0800110132 on the atm machine and spoke the a lady, i told her what happened, she then asked me if i wanted to cancel my card, i said no because i had my card in my hand. She then told me i had to go to the closest fnb branch and complete a dispute form, in this it took almost an hour to explain the situation and i stood in front of the machine the hole time, thinking it was maybe a, just after 2 o'clock i then went the the fnb in Hatfield. i took two and a half hours before anybody helped me. i then spoke to Daniel, he said they will see if they will give my money back.he then sent my query to the disputes department, they only tended to my query on the 6th February 2013. with no ref:. i just want my money back. its my food and petrol money. Fnb's service is terrible.
