NO MONEY FOR DISCOVERY

Sunday, 6th October I tried to withdraw money from the Nedbank ATM as the FNB ATM was not available at Columbine Crossing, south of Jhb. The money DID NOT COME OUT. The slip stated that the institution was not available. LUCKY ME THAT I GOT A SLIP from the ATM. I hate to think what would have happened if I did not receive one. I noticed that the R1000 went off on our credit card statement from Discovery aswell at the ATM charges of R21.50. I have the slip to prove that NO MONEY WAS RECEIVED. Yet I am being charged by Discovery. I have been told by Lesego Mkasibe at the Discovery Call Centre that I must go into Nedbank and get the anwers from them. This is a DISCOVERY card. I dont bank with Nedbank. My hubby called and queried the same thing. He was told by another agent to fill in a Dispute form. I know from past experiences that when you query something on your statement that the Bank investigates and they follow up with the merchant. MUST I DO DISCOVERY'S WORK FOR THEM? I have a slip that says I did not get the money. I withdrew money with my FNB debit card and FNB credit card which I received. NOT DISCOVERY? maybe u should stick to health care?
