I'm fed up with money disappearing from my account. To give call centre a call is just as big of a problem, if you're not wasting airtime or time, the call centre agents are also unable to give satisfactory help. Thus my decision to save time and money and directly put a complaint on Hello Peter.
Today I received and sms of a debit from my account to the amount of R153.57 with reference 5898460736529140.
I demand the money returned or I'll take further steps to all parties responsible for taking the money. Clients have to fight for their rights and not take things like this any longer.
