I withdrew R1000 from my Nedbank creditcard account using a Spark ATM which is located inside an Engen Quickshop at Belladona in Nelspruit on the 29/11/13. The ATM dispensed only R50 and it showed it on my slip although a R1000 was dedicted from my account. I went to Nedbank on the monday 2/12/13 to report this. From that time nobody can resolve this issue. The money is just gone. Nedbank was supposed to follow up on this from the Spark ATM contact centre. Their number is available on the internet. Please help.
