On the 20/12/2013 a debut was submitted (unauthorized) causing a return of substitution due to the fact that my salary date is 28th of each month and the correct debut date is 29th of ever month. I tried to call the call center several time as from the 23/12/2013 without getting through. I then decided to send mail to [Email Removed]!! still no response. On the 15th of January 2014 I eventually got through and was told that if i don't pay a pro-rata amount I will not have cover!! debuts submit on 20/12/2013 and on 14/01/2014 - both returned and for my account now!!! The on the 16/01/2014 I was called back and after being treated rudely the phone was dropped in my ear - without a call back! If this is how the company works - taking debuts when and how the want and then blaming their customers - I really don't want to be a part of Miway anymore!! Service is pathetic to say the least!!
