I was looking for a upgrade as I was on aa Blackberry BIM. As the Blackberry service contract was to end in December 2013, I took over the new device the Samsung S3 mini in November I was told the new contract would only come in to effect 1st January 2014. I was not told about data bundles and so on. On receiving my account there is a amount for nearly R 1000 for data.
I went to the Fourways branch spoke to Mr Kaya who said I had to go back to the branch I got the phone from and they would have to do a credit as I was still paying for the Blackberry BIM. He said I should have been told about the data which was costing me R2 Meg were I should have got a bundle at 10c a meg. To date the branch who took down my details at Cradle of man Kind Mall were I visited and contacted have still not got back tot me.
