Moving Surrender Dates

Hi,

I have submitted a request to surrender the policies of both my wife and myself with ABSA Life on the 9th of January 2014 with the requested documents including a copy of my bank statement to [Email Removed] . I have received automatic replies confirming receipt of the email. On the 15th I re sent the email requesting feedback and confirmation of the payment date. NO RESPONSE. Today, 18 January 2014 I called the call centre who told me that they have not received my bank statement and have not started with the surrender. THESE DOCUMENTS were in one email on the 9th. Now I get told that they will only start on the 20 th of January with the surrender. This is unacceptable as I have proof that all documents were sent on the 9th and to date I received no responses to the emails sent on 9 January, 15 January and 18 January 2014. ABSA, PLEASE RESPOND!!!
