Incorrect billing on my account

On the 29th November 2013 iwyze took a prorata of R513.99 when I went to go get my car, I then requested that my debit order date be the 20th of every month. I was assured that on the 20th december 2013 the debit order will run for R769.99 which was my premium but instead an amount of R1, 025.98 was debitted, I then called to find out why that amount was debitted but a lady asked that I email her my bank account statement and she will get back to me with an answer which never happened. I then got an sms on the 26th stating that a debit of R727.98 will run on the 31st December 2013, I did not understand why they had to debit again in one month. I then called on the 6th January 2014 to find out the reasons for that, I was told I have to be refunded. On the 08th January 2014 I got a refund of R679.44, on the 11th January 2014 I get another sms stating that R727.98 will be debitted on the 15th, as I checked my account today iwyze was trying to debit again. I called in to find out why that was done but instead I was told that the installment taken for the 20th december was to cover up for november 2013, how so if a prorata was taken on the 29th november. I am still not getting answers.
