I have nothing but praise for Christina at the MiWay call centre. In October i called in to change the debit date on my account from the month end to the 15th, although the change was reflected in my profile the debit date remained unchanged despite contacting MiWay in Nov and Dec.
However, on the 20th Jan 2014 i was fortunate to get an outstanding service from Christina..she confirmed that the debit date reflected 15th on the system..but she took an extra effort to activate my request on the system. She did not only update & correct the system, but she also explained to me how much the cover will cost from 1 Feb to 14 Feb (Pro rata)...

Today, i m very grateful because the debit date and amount indicated by Christina were spot on..
